We come to your property on a scheduled basis and clean your garbage cans on-site using a purpose-built truck with a high-pressure hot water system. Water reaches up to 93°C, which exceeds the WHO bacterial kill threshold. Every clean includes sanitizing and deodorizing. Our truck is fully self-contained and does not require access to your building or utilities.

No. As long as your garbage cans are accessible, we can take care of it without anyone present. During the account setup process we will go through the location of your cans and flag any access considerations in advance. If you prefer to have someone on-site for the first clean, that is completely fine too.

We require a minimum of 5 garbage cans per visit for commercial accounts.

We clean standard wheeled garbage cans. If your property has an unusual setup or non-standard containers, include those details in your quote request and we will let you know what we can accommodate.

No. Our truck uses a closed-loop water system. Dirty water is captured, filtered, and reused. Nothing goes onto the ground, into a drain, or into the storm sewer. Garbage can wash water contains bacteria, fats, oils, and organic matter that are regulated as liquid industrial by-product. We handle it correctly.

We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly service depending on your needs. Food service and high-volume properties typically benefit from more frequent cleaning. We build the schedule around your property during the quote process.

Yes. We coordinate the schedule around your garbage pickup days and your property's specific requirements. We sort out the details during account setup so the service runs smoothly from the start.

We will reschedule and notify you. Your regular schedule picks back up from there.

Yes. Our truck is equipped to keep water heated year-round. If extreme weather or unsafe conditions force a reschedule, we will reach out with your adjusted date.

Billing is by credit or debit card on file for most accounts. For larger volume accounts, contact us to discuss billing arrangements.

No contracts. Commercial service runs on ongoing billing and can be cancelled at any time. We earn your continued business by showing up and doing the job well.
